TITE LOOP is a training aid used by NFSP teachers during their instruction of students learning how to fly cast. 12 are provided each school teaching the "Cast A Fly, Catch A Student" fly fishing program.
This simple, easy-to-use device is ideal for any caster who wants an effective way to discipline the all-too-common condition of using too much wrist when flycasting. Wear the comfortable, non-binding Tite Loop wristband on the rod hand. Insert the butt of the rod under the band, below the reel.
The silicone band is flexible, but not soft, and provides just the right amount of restraint between the butt of the rod and the wrist. Acts as a “lever” on the rod butt to assist the caster in controlling the rod tip, resulting in tighter line loops and more efficient, longer casts.
Simple & easy to use wristband · Promotes proper wrist action · Restrains overuse of wrist · Assists in loop creation · Creates higher line speed for longer casts · Enhances line turnover · Eliminates “wrist rocking” · Tough, non-toxic silicone · One size fits most · Right or left hand.
Sold in pairs.
